Installation Notes:
To download the latest version CI-340 software, click on the links below (you may have to right click to save the file). Save the files to an empty directory on your hard drive.
To restore software to the CI-340, connect the RS-232 cable from the instrument to the computer. Connect the Accessories cable to the instrument. Make sure the switch in the Accessories cable is away from the instrument. Start the DLV1210.exe program. Hold the ON switch down on the instrument while you open the CI_340V5xxx.s19 file with the DLV1210.exe program. After about 15 seconds, the instrument should display DLC. Newer instruments may or may not beep while the ON key is held down until the DLC is displayed. If DLC is not displayed, run the DLV1210.exe program a second time while holding the ON button down on the instrument.

Installation Notes:
To restore firmware to a USB version of the CI-340, connect the USB cable from the instrument to the computer. Run the DLV1211.exe program on the Windows computer. Turn on the power to the instrument (or hold the power button, if the power does not stay on). Open the CI_340V6141.s19 file on the Windows computer and continue holding the power button until DLC is displayed on the instrument screen. The instrument will shut off when the download is complete. The DLV1211.exe, CI340Boot.code, and CI_340V6141.s19 files should all be in the same directory (folder) when you begin this process.
