CID, Inc. has been located in the great and beautiful Pacific Northwest of the United States since the late 1980's. We not only extend our products and services to various colleges, universities, government agencies, and private companies in the U.S., but also to institutions around the entire world. With representatives located on almost every continent, CID, Inc. is an excellent source for solutions to the concerns of this changing and developing world.

Founded in Moscow, Idaho, CID, Inc. became established in the agricultural research world when it introduced its state-of-the-art photosynthesis system, the CI-301. The success and practicality of the instrument, along with that of the leaf area meter, prompted the owner, Shane Chen, to expand his business further into agronomy research and manufacturing fields. A move for the future led CID, Inc. to our current home in Camas, Washington in 2001. With a team of dedicated and experienced people, we have been able to meet all the known standards set by industry in the United States and in the whole world.

For the past several years, we have also made an effort to display and demonstrate our products at various annual meetings and conferences within our specialty fields. This gives CID, Inc. the chance to better relate and listen to our end users on how our products and technology work today. Many comments and concerns are addressed during these 3- to 5-day shows, and the meetings also give abundant opportunities to check out what else is progressing in your fields of interest.
